This great little inspirational poem will help pick you up. Being kind is not hard to do and the benefits you receive can be overwhelming. Small acts of kindness to others is a great way to express your love to others. God tells us that love is all there is! Simple acts of kindness are excellent ways to show it. Kindness doesn’t require much effort, in fact, it requires less than negative emotions like hate, prejudice, and judgement. I urge each of you to practice a kind act each day and do so without expecting anything in return.
Remember the spiritual law of what you sow you will reap! By sowing kindness you will receive that same kindness in return ten fold. The action of kindness stems from love. From the love we should have for each other as God’s children. If you see only the spark of light that is God in every one you see then you have no choice but to spread love and kindness to all.
